One of the very important positions we have at the Café is Recovery Coach Advisor (RCA). RCAs are similar to what Recovery Coaches (RCs) are to Members, but they are there for the Coaches. Our RCAs, Nick and M’lissa, have taken the vital role in providing support for our RCs by helping with goal setting
